30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It was damaged, defective, or sent in the wrong size, design, or color.
- It is unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You have the order number from the original purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at help@artisticengineer.shop. Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Step-by-step instructions on how to send the item back
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or design? The quickest solution is to return your current item (once approved), and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
